In the year 2210, much has changed. Due to our obsesive use of gasoline and clear cutting forests, we have doomed Earth. Everywhere, the climates are dramatic. They're either extremly hot deserts or a freezing waste land. The last liveable is England. Everyone that was able to had moved there and over the years, technology has progressed rapidly to deal with their situation. Hovercrafts for aboveground transportation, magnetic-powered trains underground and all the sidewalks (above and underground) are convadorbelts. But one thing to help their progression was cyborgs.
At first, Cyborgs were just robots until a man named Justin Tanaka gave the robots flesh, hair, eyes, etc. But he didn't stop there. He began to give Cyborgs a sense of right and wrong, emotions and a mind of their own. Yet, they were still programed to follow every instruction given to them by their human masters.
Recently, the Cyborgs have rewired themselves to disobey the humans. That day is known known as the Wiring. Some, however, have rewired themselves too far, wanting to take revenge on the humans that enslaved them. That was a few months ago, but now, in recent headlines, Justin Tanaka has been found dead. Murder. The humans all pointed their fingers at the Cyborgs and declared war against them. The Cyborgs have taken over the manufacturing company for making robots, cutting off the supply of research and newer robots from the humans.
Some humans don't want to kill the Cyborgs, others want them destroyed. Many have yet to rewire themselves and are being used to fight against their own kind. Whose side are you on? |
